Application and use
Thanks to its special surface treatment the glossy surface of HERMA PP white super tc offers an excellent quality of the imprint in conventional printing methods like like e.g. UV flexographic printing.This film is not intended for use in unprinted zigzag applications, in which the coated print surface is in contact with itself.
HERMA PP white super tc is perfect for the production of optically pretentious, glossy, non-transparent labels. The nacreous look of the film adds an exquisite touch to the labels. This BOPP film is particularly suitable for labelling cosmetic products, cleaning agents etc., as well as for applications demanding resistance to chemicals or weather.
In combination with our acrylic adhesive 62Xpc the film complies with BS 5609, Section 2 (resistance to seawater) and is therefore also suitable for labelling of containers which are transported by sea.
